Terms and Conditions for Booking and purchasing the airline ticket

• On our website purchasing operations are subject to e-commerce laws and regulations and any infringement will be prosecuted. While purchasing an online the buyer undertakes that is fully aware of all the laws and rules for buying a ticket and the buyer knows exactly what he/she is agreeing to.

• In Civil Aviation laws, baby travelers are between 10 days to 2 years, children aged between two to twelve years and adults’ passengers more than twelve years old. In case of inaccuracy of the buyer and wrong choice of age category the passenger will be prevented from boarding the plane and you cannot buy a baby’s ticket alone or separately from an adult ticket at all. It should be noted that at approved rate tickets, the prices are different for baby, child and adult passengers, but the ticket price for child and adult travelers is equal in a charter and non-refundable tickets.

• The purchased ticket belongs to a passenger whose personal information is registered in the system and is non-transferable. Passenger will not be accepted if his/her name inserted on the ticket does not match with his/her identification card.

• According to the Regulations of the Civil Aviation Organization, the flight organizer company will be responsible for cancellation, flight delay or hasten the time.

• When registering and booking a ticket passenger’s name must be entered correctly in English letters. There is no possibility for changing the passenger’s name after the final purchase and Azargasht Maleki holds no liability for the wrong information and in order to correct the information, the ticket should be cancelled and repurchased.

• According to the Civil Aviation rules any cancellation of tickets by the passenger will encompass cancellation penalty. The charge of this penalty varies due to the cancellation rules of each airline. After requesting the ticket refund by passenger the amount of penalty (fine) is deducted from the total price of the ticket and the rest of the payment will be returned online to the traveler’s account. The time of returning the money is subject to inter-bank regulations (in 24 to 72 hours). This matter is not true for charter or non-refundable flights.

• Cancellation or delay more than two hours of flight does not include cancellation penalty. In this case, the traveler fills the online request form of refund without fine.

• After completing payment and confirming it, booking and purchase will be finalized and the ticket information is sent to the user by SMS and email. It is required to have a printed ticket for charter flights and to give ticket number along with a valid identification card to the respective airline for system tickets and flights.

• If a passenger wants to buy a ticket for two consecutive flights, there must be at least 3 hours interval between the arrival of the first flight to the destination and flying the second flight. Otherwise, the passenger him/herself is responsible for the cancellation of the second ticket.

• In case of flight cancellation or a delay more than two hours which cause the passenger to give up flying, it is necessary to provide a ticket/receipt stamped by start station in order to follow up and refund without penalty.

• It is worth noting that while the return/round-trip ticket is from two different airlines, canceling the return flight may include cancellation fine if the first flight of a round trip is canceled or passenger give up flying due to a delay more than two hours.

• The type of airplane is specified on the ticket based on the airline announcements and charterers. Flight Organizer Company is responsible for any difference or change in the type of airplane and Azargasht Maleki has no responsibility in this regard.

• According to existing rules, it is impossible to issue tickets for the citizens of some countries such as Afghanistan, India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan who want to go to the Atabat Aliat and if they buy tickets, they themselves are responsible for everything.

• The buyer does not have the right to change the ticket price or to falsify the provisions of the ticket in any way and by any means and he/she cannot resell the ticket at a price above the mentioned amount.

• According to the rules and laws of the Civil Aviation Organization, having written permission from doctor for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, severe anemia, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, those who get dialysis or those who use immunosuppressive drugs is necessary. Also, it is essential that these travelers have their required drugs and medications during the flight.

• The presence time of passenger at the airport is mandatory to be at least one hour before the flight time.
